Alone, back to sqare zero

I'm alone in my feelings
I'm alone when I have to make a choice
I'm alone on the road that leads home
And when I get home, I'm still alone...

Don't remember the last time my words weaved magic
or my thoughts sang music..
Saw light on a path and blindly followed it,
that lonely path..
Lost my way, lost my mind.

And then it struck me that it's time, high time
I returned to where I started this journey-
the journey back to square zero,
My journey back, alone...
